Jack Shultz concentrates his practice on many facets of labor and employment law. This allows him to work with some good people, but also to hear "incredible stories from the workplace." The challenge for Jack is recognizing that there are two sides to every issue, and yet remaining a strong advocate for his client. When not advocating, he is avidly swinging the golf club, or traveling. Jack has had the distinct "good fortune" to have traveled in all 50 states. He currently serves as general counsel to the Nebraska Telephone Association. He is on the board of directors of the Nebraska Motor Carriers Association and the Child Advocacy Center. Jack is a former President of the University Club, Nebraska Club and Folsom Children's Zoo. He believes community involvement is a part of the practice of law.
