John Selzer decided to become a lawyer due to his desire to serve others. This desire grew throughout his life, mirroring the culture of Nebraska, where John was born and raised. As a life long resident of Nebraska, John is an avid fan of Husker athletics, during all seasons. The seasons also dictate how John spends his spare time as he enjoys the excitement and challenges of water skiing, snow skiing, snow boarding, biking, running, and golf. John also spends his spare time serving as a volunteer for Heartland Big Brothers/Big Sisters and Tom Osborne Teammates.
