As the former executive
director of the Nebraska Commission of Industrial Relations, Jerry Pigsley helped
write decisions for the five judges, but he had to remain neutral in disputes.
Now, he can advocate by presenting the facts and the law to judges or juries to
convince them to find for his client. By lending his talents to business management,
he represents "people who were trying to make the right decisions and got sued."
Jerry is a Shrine clown and a member of the
Sesostris
Shrine Temple and Cotner Lodge No. 297 A.F.& A.M. Additionally, Jerry is
a former president of the National Kidney Foundation of Nebraska Board of Directors, president of the local Spina
Bifida group, and active member of Northeast United Church of Christ. He is a past
chairman of the Nebraska State Bar Association's Labor and Employment Law Section.
