results for the client. When he is not practicing law, Tim can be found playing
golf, or spending time with his wife and two children, not to mention, the horses,
the dogs, and the cats. He was an adjunct faculty member of the University
of Nebraska College of Law teaching trial advocacy and legal writing, and is active in his country club and community.
