As a litigator, Bob Bals
enjoys the variety of cases and the clients he has had the privilege to represent. Bob has considerable experience in state and federal court litigation
in the multiple practice areas identified and regularly counsels employers and
insurance clients regarding workers' compensation claims. He is interested in
sports and travel and finds the golf course to be a favorite place to relax. Bob
is also fond of watching his daughter and son's sporting activities, is a member
of the Lincoln Downtown Athletic Club and recently began a four-year term as
a member of the Board of the Nebraska Chapter of the Multiple Sclerosis Society.
