As a general commercial and business attorney specializing in resolving disputes on very complex issues, Tim consistently finds himself facing difficult challenges in order to accomplish the best result for the client. Tim specializes in resolving disputes through negotiation, mediation, arbitration, or bench and jury trials. He has handled well over 1,000 cases involving virtually every aspect of the law, ranging from patent litigation to complex securities litigation and construction contract litigation. Tim also offers services as an arbitrator and mediator. He is a member of the Nebraska Mediation Association and sits on the Advisory Board for the Nebraska Supreme Court’s Office of Dispute Resolution.

Involvement
Tim is active in the Nebraska State Bar Association and is a delegate to the NSBA House of Delegates, representing the 3rd District. Tim has been elected by the NSBA House of Delegates as Chair-Elect in 2013 and will serve as Chair in 2015. In this capacity, he also sits on the NSBA Executive Council. Tim is a frequent speaker on a variety of subjects. He has spoken to the Nebraska Society of Certified Public Accountants in cooperation with the School of Accountancy at the annual Mid-America Accounting and Auditing Conference. He has spoken numerous times to the Nebraska Chapter of Associated Builders and Contractors. He has spoken on trial skills before the Nebraska Association of Trial Attorneys and the NSBA Young Lawyers Section. He is formerly a member and chairman of the Nebraska Supreme Court’s District No. 1 Committee on Inquiry. For over 20 years Tim was an adjunct faculty member of the University of Nebraska College of Law, teaching trial advocacy and legal writing.
