Rick Damkroger

Rick draws a great deal of satisfaction from the solution-oriented practices of business and estate planning. Rick enjoys the educational component to business and estate planning through which he can help clients accomplish their objectives. Rick also enjoys the relationships he has developed with other professionals in the field, such as accountants, insurance professionals, financial advisors and trust personnel. Rick firmly believes the “team approach” is often the most efficient way to help his clients achieve their objectives. As a farm kid from Southeast Nebraska and graduate of the University of Nebraska Institute of Agriculture and Natural Resources, Rick remains interested in agriculture-related issues. Rick and his wife spend most of their free time at their children’s sports and school activities. Rick also enjoys hunting, fishing and Nebraska athletics.

Involvement

Rick is active in his Church, where he previously served on the Foundation Board and on the Board of the Midwest District Foundation, which is affiliated with the Evangelical Free Church of America. He also currently serves as Chairman of the State Leadership Board of the Nebraska Fellowship of Christian Athletes. Rick is also a past president of the Nebraska Agribusiness Club. Rick is a shareholder; admitted to the Nebraska bar in 1988; licensed to practice before Nebraska and U.S. District Court, District of Nebraska. Frequently speaks and writes articles on various topics pertaining to estate and business succession planning.
