While Harding & Shultz focuses on early and satisfactory dispute resolution, there are times when disputes can only be resolved through a trial. Workers Compensation
Workers' compensation insurance coverage and its attendant costs have been a significant issue for Nebraska employers and insurers doing business in Nebraska. Harding & Shultz was a voice of the Nebraska business community on the Governor's Task Force that did the groundwork leading to the workers' compensation reform legislation that became effective in January, 1994. Our attorneys have been actively engaged in providing litigation support and seminars on workers' compensation to insurance carriers, self-insurers, third party administrators and employers for many years.
