State Government
Harding & Shultz provides advice and counsel to the executive branch of
state governments in both labor and employment, and in environmental compliance
issues. State government is generally very well represented by agency attorneys

have served as Special Assistant Attorney Generals in a number of specialized
areas.
Special Districts
Harding & Shultz represents special districts in the public-sector area
