Workers’ compensation insurance coverage and its attendant costs have been a significant issue for Nebraska employers and insurers doing business in Nebraska. Harding & Shultz was a voice of the Nebraska business community on the Governor’s Task Force that did the groundwork leading to the workers’ compensation reform legislation that became effective in January, 1994.
